Manufacturer questions
Frequently asked questions
Is joining Made in Ukraine free?
The commercial model and any future fees should be explained clearly before a manufacturer agrees to participate. No fee should be charged without prior written agreement.
Do you guarantee orders?
No. Made in Ukraine can present manufacturers and help create buyer introductions, but no platform can guarantee that a buyer will place an order.
Do I need previous export experience?
Not always. However, you must be willing and able to prepare for export requirements, professional communication, documentation and international delivery.
Can small manufacturers apply?
Yes, provided the business can supply consistent quality, communicate realistic capacity and handle the order sizes it accepts.
Who agrees the price and contract?
The buyer and manufacturer must agree the final price, specifications, payment terms, delivery arrangements and contract. Made in Ukraine can support introductions and communication.
What happens if my application is not accepted?
Not every business will fit the current buyer focus. This does not necessarily mean the products are poor; they may simply be outside the categories or commercial requirements being developed at that time.
